Due to its low price point I wouldn’t expect it to be as high quality as other bags (it has 4.5 stars out of 138 reviews, which is actually really good). But if you’re on a budget or want something fun, this is a great choice. Available in blue, pink, red, orange, gold, fuchsia, black, and white for $24.

I have the red version of this bag and while very useful and yes fits a laptop it gets very heavy very fast and the straps are not very cushy for prolonged shoulder carrying. I have used it without the laptop in it as just a stylish red bag and have enjoyed it. Price point is it’s best feature.
