A business dress has to have ease of movement (not too narrow a skirt) and be wrinkle-free.
I like when a dress is comfortable and chic.

I think the dress has to travel well. It doesn’t wrinkle up easily and easy to pair with shoes with a neutral shoe so that I don’t have to pack too many.
