I actually have a tie for my favorite place to go in the fall. The obvious choice is somewhere like New England (or anywhere Not Texas) where the leaves change. I went to Pennsylvania once in the fall and driving through the mountains was amazingly beautiful. But the non-obvious choice is Napa Valley. The Home Warrior and I took a fabulous trip there a few years ago during October and it couldn’t have been better.
So, Readers, where is your favorite place to visit during the fall? Good luck!!

The trip is cheaper being hurricane time, the beaches are quiet and the hotels are not very full. We love it and try to go each time Dd has fall break.

I will go to Ithaca, NY!
The Poconos in PA. The colors of the leaves…watching the animals in nature…snuggling up with a blanket outside by a firepit with a warm drink. Can’t get much better 🙂

I’m from the northeast so I’m used to leaves changing colors and the air getting crisper. I like heading south once it gets into the rainy season so I can try and hold onto warmer weather for just a little bit longer.
