Travel tip of the week:
- Looking to increase battery life on your laptop or phone? Dim your screen brightness. Doing this will make a huge difference in extending your battery life on either your computer and/or smartphone. Also if you aren’t using the WiFi disable the signal to increase your battery life. Otherwise your WiFi will be looking for signals which will drain your battery. If you end up needing more power anyway, Jackery has some great portable battery backup products. Comments of the week:
- This week I wrote a post on seat reclining guidance. @Dan is our comment of the week and said “we purchase the right to the functionality of the seat, including recline. However, with rights come responsibilities. Those responsibilities include consideration of others and to the situation. That being many people flying together in tight quarters. To fully recline without such consideration is within the users rights. Yet rude.”
Readers, chime in with what’s on your mind! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Thanks for all that you do to keep us up to date!
I DO have a question. I know there are lots of excellent award booking services. Do you know of any that help you actually pick a destination/stays as well??
Thanks to bloggers, I have built up a modest but workable balance across a few programs (about 450 AA, 420 Amex, 190 SPG, 150 Chase) and my husband and I would like to do a delayed honeymoon this summer. Is there somewhere I can turn to help me come up with the best use of my points?!
If you know of anyone, do let me know.
Thanks in advance, and have a great weekend
