It’s spring! Warmer weather, more colorful clothes, and lighter suitcases are sweeping the nation. No more boots, bulky coats, or wool socks….at least for most places! While there are still places of the country receiving snow (crazy to this Texas native!) much of the country is headed toward warmer days. Hooray!
For your wardrobe, a shot of color is due. Buh-bye drab and sad hues! Bring on the pink and blue. Okay, clearly I am excited about this. But I am so happy to not have to bring a full sized suitcase on all trips, even short ones, just so I have room for my winter coat. What will I be packing instead? Check it out! Here is my spring business travel capsule wardrobe, along with a few outfit suggestions.
Gray pencil skirt | Sheath dress | Blush pants | Floral flutter sleeve shirt | Cardigan | Flutter Hem Pullover | White ¾ sleeve top | Leopard flats | Gray flats
Obviously there are a ton of outfit combinations you could make with this spring capsule wardrobe, but here are a few suggestions to get you started. Add some fun jewelry and you will be on your way!
- Skirt+white shirt+cardigan
- Pants+flutter hem pullover
- Dress+cardigan
- Skirt+floral top
- Pants+white shirt+cardigan
- Dress+gray flats
Readers, what are you wearing now that spring has sprung?
