What was going on this time in years past?

2014

• My cousin had to go on a long business trip, so I gave him so advice about packing electronics and maximizing points for a two-month stay.
• I addressed a reader’s question about Global Entry.
• Planning what to pack for a trip with two different climates can be tricky! Here are some of my best tips for making it work.
• No need to be anxious during a trip! Here, I wrote tips for anxious fliers.
• It took a while but the Home Warrior finally started to respect my points.

2013

• Although it was almost spring, I found a nice roundup of boots appropriate for business travel. Yay boots!
• TSA Pre-check was introduced at my airport, and I could use it. That was not awesome. (Seriously—if you travel even once a quarter it is definitely worth it.)
• I discovered two things that changed my life in the same month: Outfit Posts and nude flats.
• Huh? A flight attendant told me to take my bottle of water out of the seatback pocket.
• I wrote about finding time to knit with a business travel schedule.

2012

• Allegiant joined Spirit in charging for carry-on bags. Lovely.
• We had a conversation about whether or not readers should wear fragrance during travel (a discussion still going on today!)
• A reader’s comment about preferring early morning flights led me to post on favorite times to fly.

2011

• Even though some thought it an April Fools joke, I wrote about wearing leggings to the airport.
• When looking around, I realized that I was the only one taking my liquids bag out at airport security. A poll stated otherwise.
• Readers share their best travel tips.
• I cover shoes and bags in my business travel wardrobe series.
