Twenty-five years ago I was in kindergarten, having a great time exploring the woods behind our house. I had a cat and my best friend lived across the street. Life was good!

I was working at a car leasing company. And I actually still have an Emerald Club California card! I think they had just started Emerald Club, and they must have had special cards made for California.

I was in my first year of work after graduate school – just starting out in my career. Wearing suits with little silk “ties” – oh my! Went on my very first business trip and had to shop at Nordstrom the night before I left in order to get the right clothes. Wow, thanks for bringing back those memories!

25 years ago, I was still the youngest child in my family, though that wouldn’t last for much longer! I don’t remember much about it, as I was not quite two.
25 years ago I had just graduated college and was spending four weeks traveling across the southwest with no particular destination in mind.
